Even if this video is real, which I doubt, the theme behind it is not evenly remotely humorous. Given the number of shootings on different campuses, if the sound was real then the next time the roomate hears this he may think that it is just another joke. I am certain there is something criminal about this, especially given the lack of words by the one who jumps.

I think it doesn't really matter if its fake or real. The point of the video is to entertain us. This is not a BBC site that all information has to be real. Even if its fake, its still funny as hell. Doesn't make a difference really. Cool video!
