How To Wear Coloured Eyeliner

No, no, no, for Asians and blacks, it's easy to play with color. In fact the color shows up even better. On pale skin, you have to use so much color for it to show up. But like the colors she's using here, the pale green eye liner didn't even show up. If she used it against dark skin, with none of that crappy eyeshadow, it would have looked really cool.

most of the make up tips are for caucasian, which usually fair and pale, making color pops and and any make up will look great. whereas asian skin are tan or brown, its hard to play with colours, very limited

what about asian eyes? how does one put eyeliner to make eyes look bigger?

The camera could do with being a bit closer to the model. Great tips and explaining about different eye colours and what would suit!
