Lose Weight Fast - How To Lose 20 Pounds In 3 WeeksVideo tells how to lose weight fast right before a wedding or special trip to the beach.


Step 1:

Meet Adrian Bryant

Hi, my name is Adrian Bryant and I'm going to be your weight loss coach for today. And today I’m going to tell you five things you must do to lose weight fast. And the five things that I’m going to tell you should help you to lose twenty pounds in three to four weeks. OK let's get right into it.


Step 2:

Eating regime:

The first thing you need to do is eat 3 to 4 meals a day, 3 hours apart. And the second thing you are going to do is, before you eat each of your four meals you’re going to eat two raw vegetables and you’re going to drink one serving of any kind of whey protein mixed with water. And the third thing you’re going to do is, after you have eaten your raw vegetables and drank your whey protein, depending on how hungry you are, based on a hunger scale of 1 to 10, with 1 being not hungry and 10 being real hungry, you are going to eat a meal of up to 300 more calories of anything you want except for high sugary stuff like candy, chocolate, ice cream and fast food.


Step 3:

Calorie watch:

So for example, if your hunger level is only between 1 and 3, eat only up to 150 calories. If your hunger level is between 4 and 7 eat up to 200 calories. And if your hunger level is up to between 8 and 10 eat all the way up to 300 calories.


Step 4:

The rules:

OK, lets go over the first three things to lose weight fast real quick. 1. You are going to eat four meals a day, 3 or 4 hours apart. 2. Before you eat each of those four meals you are going to eat two raw vegetables plus drink a serving of whey protein before you eat the meal. And then, number 3, depending on how hungry you are after eating the raw vegetables and drinking the protein you’re going to eat a meal of up to 300 calories.

OK, the other two things you’re going to do to lose 20 pounds real fast is you’re going to drink at least seventy ounces of ice cold water every day, plus you need to take a fat burner that has green tea in it, every day, once in the morning and again in the evening.

And the last thing you need to do to lose twenty pounds real fast is you need to workout first thing in the morning for twenty to forty minutes at a moderate to high intensity level to burn more fat during the day.


Step 5:

Drop 20lbs in 3 weeks

OK, those are the five simple things you need to do every day for three or four weeks to lose twenty pounds fast.     Hi, I used to be pretty obese and started putting on a lot of weight especially on my thighs and bottom in my late thirties. I started exercising as often as possible and also cut down on a lot of high calorie stuff. Unfortunately I hardly managed to lose much weight at all. I then recently read an article by a lady who claimed that she managed to lose nearly half of her weight using a particular weight loss supplement. I tried it out and it actually worked quite well. Within 4 months I managed to lose about 65 pounds. The results were pretty amazing and I feel so much healthier and energetic now.     gotta love that blatant advertising ..the drink..the videos especially. This diet loss video is just an exercise in marketing and advertising; it's not about health or weight loss as such at all.

    I dont see how you wouldn't lose weight on this plan. You are basically cutting calories. So if you cut your calories you will lose tons of weight the first few weeks.

    After aa while Yr body "learns" how to survive with less food, so getting thnner becomes slowlier and harder...so Yo can not continue this diet for al long time; moreover, do not be so fond of pills. You do not know what they are made of.

    Yeah, the pills are BS, or rather, they likely contain the stimulants found in green tea. It reads like a good plan. Cutepanda is right — if you make it a lifestyle change (stick to it for 30 days, make it a new habit), you'll do great!

    crash diets are cool, but only do it if you know you can maintain it, otherwise you will just gain it all back. It should be a whole life style change. Have fun :)

    yeah it sounds pretty good i have a few questions though... if i want to lose more than 20 pounds can i contiue on with the diet until i reach my ideal weight?does this actually work ? when should i see results? is green tea just as good? piaras xx

    Actually - the more heavier or fatter you are - you can safely lose up to 5 pounds a week or more and this plan will also help skinnier people lose thier last 5-to-10 stubborn pounds fast
